The ring soon forged?

Surprisingly, Elden Ring skipped the Tokyo Game Show, although one might have thought that the studio wanted to take advantage of the event to give itself a nice spotlight. One of FromSoftware's managers, Yasuhiro Kitao, who promotes the title, however spoke to Famitsu.

He was reassuring regarding the development of the title. Elden Ring is, in fact, on the right track and in its final stages of production, according to Yasuhiro Kitao, who assures that the teams are progressing slowly to allow the game to be ready for its release.

Yasuhiro Kitao also touched on the game's map and fast travel related features, which may confuse FromSoftware fans at first. However, we imagine that this should be useful for exploring the open world developed by the Japanese studio, which seems to be full of dungeons according to the studio's words.

Yasuhiro Kitao also describes this new production, which crystallizes great expectations from fans, as "the culmination of FromSoftware's expertise in dark fantasy". As a reminder, the game is expected on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S early next year.
