It is in December 2018, during the Game Awards, that we have to go back to witness the announcement of the prochain Dragon Age. Fans' patience is being tested, and the end of the tunnel still seems a long way off.
More than three long years after its initial presentation, the fourth installment in the Dragon Age saga remains a mystery to everyone. The Bioware title has only been remembered once with a brief teaser released in December 2020. That's all we've had to chew on for now... And the communication should not accelerate immediately.
Bioware really takes its time
The very serious insider Tom Henderson did not give us very reassuring news about this Dragon Age 4. Indeed, according to information collected from a source close to Electronic Arts, the game has "no chance" to be released in 2022. A few weeks ago, the developers explained that they were working hard on the title while promising new information this year.
Remember that Bioware is also at work on a new Mass Effect, unveiled at the Game Awards 2020. The wait is far from over for these two projects…
