If it made a big impression when it was released in 2019, Hideo Kojima's game obviously still has things to tell us. Indeed, the Japanese creator is currently working on Death Stranding Director's Cut for the PlayStation 5. More than a simple remastering, this new iteration includes new elements that could surprise fans.

Thus, Death Stranding Director's Cut will introduce new clashes, with reworked gameplay, against very strange creatures. Additional scripted missions will also be included, as well as circuit races that are quite amazing for a game of this type. Finally, additional equipment such as a catapult can be used by Sam. The trailer posted during the State of Play illustrates these new features well.

Finally, we only needed a release date… And the latter is finally set for September 24, 2021 on PS5. The appointment is therefore made to jump into the definitive experience of Death Stranding. Players who already own the game on PS4 will have access to the Director's Cut by paying an additional €10.
