Available for a few days on PS5 et Xbox series, Crash Bandicoot 4 makes it (generally) the happiness of the players.

A PS5 upgrade concern for Crash Bandicoot
A few months ago, the Crash Bandicoot saga returned to center stage, with a very successful fourth installment, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. At the start of 2021, like so many others, the game is back, on next-gen consoles and Nintendo Switch.
A Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time back on PS5 and Xbox Series therefore, with a free upgrade for all those who have a PS4 and/or Xbox One version of the game. However, the transition from PS4 to PS5 poses some problems for some players...
Many players are indeed unable to download the PS5 version of Crash Bandicoot for free from their PS4 version. A problem that does not affect all players, since the latter would manifest itself in particular among those who opted at the time for a digital version of Crash Bandicoot 4.
The PS5 can thus identify the game as a tracker version and therefore does not allow the next-gen version to be downloaded. Impossible for example on our side to download the PS5 version of Crash Bandicoot 4 via our digital version dated last year.
While waiting for a fix, this is enough to frustrate more than one player. Remember that the game will also be available on PC very soon.
