For some time now, Call of Duty is making more and more appeals to certain licenses which respond favorably to it, with the aim of setting up crossovers within the episodes of the famous FPS. With the recent arrival of Call of Duty: Vanguard, rumors are rife regarding potential future events.
Lately, it's a crossover with one of the most popular manga and anime of the moment that has been talked about. According to recent leaks, it seems that Activision is continuing in this direction by eyeing the side of two licenses, which are also very popular.
America's Heroes!
While Call of Duty: Vanguard has been on the market for barely a week, the teams at Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch are on top of their game to offer a multitude of content and events within the game, especially since a large year 2022 awaits license. However, if the American publisher wanted to keep the surprise, it will have been taken aback by the dataminers.
All this, of course, remains to be confirmed, but the content creator ModenasHD, through its Twitter account, posted two references to possible sets referring to two Disney and Marvel characters, namely Captain America and Indiana Jones. He quickly illustrated them using fan art.
For the moment, impossible to know what these possible crossovers will reserve for us, but the various sources agree that the arrival of these two characters would not be linked to a large extension, but rather to an event as could leave it suggest “AH” for “American Heroes”.
Other sites press on this potential event, but as with all leaks, it remains to be taken with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, when we know the aversion of Steve Rogers and Henry Walton Jones Jr. for the Nazis, this crossover would not be improbable.
