Expected October 12 (or October 7 for those who pre-ordered the game), the FPS cooperative Back 4 Blood details its PC requirements.
And these are quite reasonable, so that the ranks of the Cleaners are as extensive as possible to eliminate the infected threat.

The Cleaners accept everyone
While many have already had the opportunity to test the new title from Turtle Rock Studios, the progenitors of the legendary Left 4 Dead franchise, the studio has since done a little optimization work. One week before its launch for the most impatient budding Cleaners, the required PC configurations have therefore been specified:
Minimum system requirements:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit;
- Processor: Intel i5-6600 (3,3 Ghz) or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (3,4 Ghz);
- RAM: 8GB RAM;
- Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 570;
- DirectX 12 ;
- Disk space required: 40 GB (hard disk accepted).
Recommended configuration:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit;
- Processor: Intel i5-8400 (2,8 Ghz) or AMD Ryzen 7 1800X (3,6 Ghz);
- RAM: 12GB RAM;
- Graphics card: GeForce GTX 970 or Radeon RX 590;
- DirectX 12 ;
- Disk space required: 40 GB (SSD recommended).
As you will have noticed, these are particularly low-consumption configurations recommended by Turtle Rock Studios. This should in any case ensure a smooth game in 1p in low graphics quality for the minimum configuration, and in medium/high quality for the recommended configuration.
To take advantage of the battery of options supported by Back 4 Blood, such as ultrawide, unlimited frame rate or DLSS, all up to 4K, however, you will need to arm yourself with a much better equipped machine.
Anyway, many budding Cleaners should be able to enjoy the game without breaking the bank on October 7 or 12 on the PC version (via Steam and Epic Games Store) of the game. As a reminder, Back 4 Blood is also expected on these dates on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
