Develop lore

Respawn Entertainment is constantly adding new content to its Battle Royale free to play Apex Legends. The Apex Chronicles aims to further develop the lore of the game universe and especially its characters by offering in-game narrative events. Thus, each player wishing to carry out the series of quests offered by the Chronicles will have to follow a particular route, while being careful, of course, of the other groups of players who are fighting for the top 1.

The first Quests and New Era event revolves around Bloodhound. It will therefore be necessary to play the character in an unranked game if you want to be able to activate the quests. The first thing to do is to find, exclusively on the World's Edge map (Bloodhound's home), a white crow. Once it is detected, a road is revealed and you will have to chain various challenges and missions. The route is unique for each player to prevent all Bloodhounds in the game from ending up in the same place.

Cosmetics and stars to win

The developers promise us that there will not only be challenges to overcome in this chronicle, but that it will also be possible to "fly to the aid of an injured ranger and live with the guilt of a world in ruins and its past failures. So get ready to learn more about Bloodhound and the Worlds Edge map you thought you knew by heart. Respawn has thought of everything to avoid the frustrations of players who are eliminated from the game too quickly.

The Chronicles feature checkpoints after challenges and missions. You can then pick up where you left off when you were eliminated in the previous game. But learning more about the game's story isn't the only motivation for completing the event missions. After each completed chapter there will be a chance to earn Battle Pass Stars as well as three Bloodhound-themed Apex Packs if you fully complete the Chronicle. Know that the prologue and the first chapter are already unlocked, but it will take a few days before the second, and a little more before the third and the last chapter.

So here's something to keep players busy while waiting for season 11 of Apex Legends which, according to the rumors of recent weeks, should welcome a new tropical map and a new weapon.
