How to Change Tifa's Outfits
To be able to influence Tifa's different outfits, you will have to take certain actions from the start. chapter 3 of the game. Indeed, you will have to unlock the side mission: "A moment for two" which will allow you to hang out with Tifa and get a lucky crescent moon from Marle.
To unlock this side mission, all you have to do is Complete all side quests in Chapter 3 : "The Chadley Reports", "The Giant Rats", "The Flying Lizards of the Abandoned Factory", "The Three Lost Cats", "The Watchdog" et "The Dynneglaugh".
Once you've completed all the quests, return to your apartment in Sky View Residence and speak with Tifa. She wants to celebrate your reunion and asks you to advise her on her outfit.

This is the style you'll get by default if you haven't unlocked the "A Moment for Two" side mission in Chapter 3. You can also get it by choosing the answer "adult style" during the dialogue with Tifa.
A martial arts style
During the “A Moment for Two” side mission in Chapter 3, you must advise Tifa of a martial arts style to get this outfit.
An exotic style
For this last outfit, you must advise Tifa a exotic style during the side mission "A Moment for Two" in Chapter 3.
