Expected on March 9, the online mode of Watch Dogs: Legion was eventually pushed back due to some still-present issues.

It is via the official Twitter account of the game that we learn the news. If the online mode will be partially deployed on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and Google Stadia on March 23, we will still have to wait for the PC version.

Fries on the line

Another blow for Watch Dogs: Legion, and especially for its online mode. Postponed several times to take the time to correct the many bugs in the single player mode, it is again postponed in order this time to correct the bugs which overwhelm it.

It would seem that the online mode is subject to untimely crashes. On PC, the situation is all the more serious as it varies according to the graphics card used. Ubisoft therefore prefers to postpone the release of online mode on PC indefinitely to take the time to look into this thorny problem, to say the least.

As for the other versions, the hardware situation being easier to manage, we should therefore see the beginnings of the online mode arriving on March 23. Note, however, that the PS4 and PS5 versions will have limited in-game text chat functionality for a time.

See you on March 23, except on PC, to see Dead Sec expand online against the treacherous Albion, and restore London to its former glory and freedom.
