Enter the airport

To enter theTest Drive Unlimited airport, go to the big dead end road southeast of the airport (where you rented your car at the start of the game). Meet at the end of the dead end road. There are flowerpots as a ledge, and the right end of the flowerpots can be used as a stepping stone. If you pick up enough speed, you'll go over the gate and end up in the airport.
