Captive City : complete missions 05 or 06 before 04
Time Limit : complete these missions in the following order: 07, 09, 11.
Wild Card : complete these missions in the following order: 07, 08, 10, 09.
Operation X : complete all missions and annexes

OBTAINING MEDALS
Here is the list of the different medals to acquire as well as their conditions of obtaining.
Marksman : Destroy 5 enemies with the guns
Sharpshooter : Destroy 15 enemies with the guns
Expert Marksman : Destroy 50 enemies with the guns
Bronze Ace : Destroy 200 enemies
Silver Ace : Destroy 500 enemies with the guns
Eye of the Storm : Defeat Gleipnir
Freedom Tower : Free Griswall
Gold Ace : Destroy 1000 enemies
Land of the Vioar : Defeat Fefnir
Sea Guardian : Minimize damage to ally fleet (Terminus Island)
