On the spot, you go quickly see a huge hole with the ability to attach your grappling hook to a beam. Go down, then follow the tunnel until you come to a closed garage door behind which is the director's office. To get there, jump into the flooded area to the right of the door. Progress to reach all the pipes filled with vases. To clean them, all you have to do is hit it with your machete. As soon as you have unblocked the pipes, return to the ground floor, then go back up to the control room. All you have to do is pull down a lever to access the Headmistress' office and retrieve the Pure Loyalty weapon.
