During the Nintendo Direct this week, the Japanese manufacturer unveiled two new peripherals. Thus, in addition to a Mega Drive controller, a second in the colors of the Nintendo 64 was presented.

At the end of October, the Japanese firm will offer a new subscription called Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack. In addition to being able to play online and enjoy different titles from the NES or SNES generations, members of this formula will be able to access other catalogs bringing together Nintendo 64 and SEGA Mega Drive hits. Iconic productions such as Mario Kart 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Sonic The Hedgehog 2 or Castlevania Bloodlines will thus become playable on Switch.

Some additional keys

To accompany this subscription, the manufacturer will offer for sale Mega Drive and Nintendo 64 controllers. The latter will even have additional buttons. As we can see below with this visual shared by Nintendeal, the device sports ZR, Home (to return to the Switch menu) keys and another to take screenshots. They are placed on the upper part of the controller.

A USB-C port is also present along with four LED lights used to indicate the user number during a multiplayer game. Finally, a Bluetooth synchronization button is also present. Remember that each controller will be sold at € 49,99 each.
