Starfield will offer an astronomical amount of dialogue, more than double compared to Skyrim

On the occasion of the Tokyo Game Show 2021, the hilarious Todd Howard returned to the work done by Bethesda on the dialogues present in its first new license for 25 years, Starfield.

If the creative director of this new game has mainly focused on the Japanese version of the latter, we learn that the title will contain more than 150 lines of dialogue, just that.

A talkative galaxy, very talkative

We already knew it, Starfield promises to be vast and grandiose, with a priori many systems and planets to visit. To animate all these places, it will be necessary to fill them with interlocutors to develop the story, obtain quests, equip its character, its crew and its ship, and many other interactions that Bethesda has known for a long time to master.

For the Japanese version of the game, Todd Howard has indicated that Bethesda will be accompanied by more than 300 Japanese actors to record the phenomenal amount of more than 150 lines of dialogue. Or, if we are to believe the latter, more than double compared to Skyrim, Bethesda's cult Action-RPG, which indeed had 000.

As a reference, Fallout 4 had 110 lines of dialogue once the game was completed with its various additional content. A potential further clue as to how big Starfield will take on from previous Bethesda titles.

Let's bet that we are not at the end of our surprises with the next ambitious title from the American studio, since it will not take off before November 11, 2022 on PC, Xbox Series X | S and the Game Pass.
