Skyrim Anniversary Edition gets a luxury trailer for its launch

Ten years ago, exactly, came out one of the most unforgettable RPGs of our medium: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. And Bethesda, as a good carpet seller, is already on the sixth reissue of its flagship game, including this one. Anniversary Edition.

But it seems that when you love, you don't count. It is thus quite naturally that Bethesda wishes to make our mouths water by reviving the torch of nostalgia with a most epic launch trailer.

Sky rhymes with mesh

This sixth (and last?) iteration of Skyrim brings, as you know, some small graphic adjustments but also new features straight out of mods that the community is already familiar with. We note the addition of a fishing mode and a survival mode, but also new quests and a host of objects from the Creation Club.

In short, this is undoubtedly the most complete version of the RPG of 2011. But this will be paid for at the cost of hundreds of mods made incompatible until their creator or creator reworks them to put them back in square. Indeed Skyrim: Anniversary Edition takes the opportunity to pass the Bethesda game in 64-bit, as well as on a new version of Visual Studio.

Anyway, you still need to be motivated to put โ‚ฌ50 back in the machine to play the game again โ€“ as excellent as it is. Note, however, that if you already own Skyrim: Special Edition, the upgrade will cost you "only" โ‚ฌ 19,99. Finally, for video game music lovers, Bethesda is organizing a virtual concert this evening which will take up iconic themes from the game's soundtrack to celebrate its tenth anniversary in style. See you at 20 p.m. Spanish time on Bethesda's YouTube or Twitch channel.
