This is once again a very nice pickaxe for Microsoft's Game Pass. The PC version of the service will host the 4X humankind of Amplitude from the day of its launch on August 17.

The title, offered in beta a few months ago, aims to step on the toes of Civilization.

Humankind joins the Game Pass by surprise

In just over a week, Humankind will arrive on Steam and the Epic Games Store. But this plan planned for several months has just changed slightly, since another platform has just invited itself to the party: the Xbox Game Pass PC. Microsoft's subscription system will thus offer the game from Amplitude and Sega from launch day, August 17th.

Farewell to the fantasy and science fiction of Endless Legend and Endless Space here, since the game offers more than 60 very terrestrial civilizations to cross History in its own way. The main specificity of the game, which sets it apart from the competition, is that here at each change of era it is possible to change civilizations, while retaining the bonuses of the previous one, thus creating hybrid civilizations.

Note that our Humankind test should be available around the release date, as well as our interview with the composer, Arnaud Roy.
