To move, you will first need to pay your moving expenses and then upgrade residential services. After that, you'll have the option to move around my house when interacting with Tom Nook; however, you will need to pay 30k Bells to Tom Nook. Luckily, you can make bells very easy by catching both fish and bugs.

Many players also consider both to be one of the best ways to get Bells fast. That said, you will need a fishing rod to catch the fish and a net to catch the bugs; we also recommend keeping an eye out for tarantulas and golden trout.

But if you're a new player, we recommend just growing tree branches and turning them into fishing rods so you can farm fish and sell them when you have a full inventory.

We also suggest that you search for fossils and sell them along with any items you no longer want; you can also buy bell vouchers when you've unlocked Nook's Cranny from the Nook Stop machine for 500 miles each.

Once you have enough bells, you can move your house by talking to Tom Nook again; you can also move villagers' houses the same way, but it will cost 50k bells instead of 30k.
