The Dawning event is back in Destiny 2, and it's bigger than ever, bringing players new rewards and Stasis-infused snowballs. The absolute best way to spread joy during The Dawning is to bake cookies for the various NPCs. These cookies need ingredients, and one of those necessary ingredients is Personal Touch. Here's how to get a personal touch in Destiny 2 Dawning 2021.
As the name suggests, Personal Touch only drops when you kill enemies with a standard melee attack, which means no swords or promotions. The ingredient only has a chance to drop with every melee kill, so it won't drop with every enemy killed, but it won't take long to get as many as you need for your recipe. It doesn't need to be completed in a specific location, but we recommend focusing on smaller enemies that can be taken out in one hit.

Personal Touch is used with the following recipes:
- Eliksni bird seed
- Lavender Ribbon Cookies
As in previous years, players will use ingredients in the holiday oven. Combining the right ingredients will result in the creation of a delicious treat for a certain NPC. However, keep in mind that not all ingredients can be mixed together and mixing the wrong ones together will result in wasted ingredients.
