It's been long overdue this year, but it's finally broken its radio silence to celebrate the franchise's anniversary.

Granblue Fantasy Relink has shown itself in a new trailer and confirmed its release for 2022.

A worldwide release for 2022 and a confirmed Steam version

Announced in 2016 (all the same) Granblue Fantasy Relink disappeared from circulation throughout the year. This was without counting on the Granblue Fantasy Festival 2021, during which Cygames reconfirmed a worldwide release in 2022, while adding a PC version via Steam alongside the already confirmed PS4 and PS5 versions. And that's not all.

The franchise's anniversary event also saw the unveiling of a new trailer to show off what the long-awaited action-RPG team has been cooking up over the course of the year. We insist on the gameplay, but also on the story and the characters, in particular a certain Rolan, former vicar of a church, who will be doubled by Hiroshi Kamiya (Levi in the Attack of the Titans).

As this teaser reminds us, Granblue Fantasy Relink will revolve around a main quest to be discovered solo and with the help of secondary characters controlled by the AI. The side quests will be playable in multi coop up to four players and will be used above all to farm experience and resources.
