The show presented by Geoff Keighley will be back on the night of December 9 to 10, live from the Microsoft Theater. For the first time in two years, the ceremony will be held face-to-face. Of course, The Game Awards will also be streamed on Twitch and YouTube for free. And as usual, the event will have some surprises in store for us.
A busy edition
Because in addition to the celebrities who will make the trip and the orchestra which will punctuate the evening, the titles which will be released in 2022 and beyond will also be in the spotlight. During a recent interview, Keighley said that between 40 and 50 games will be presented during The Game Awards 2021. We already know some of them, but others (more than ten) have not yet been announced. .
For the moment, we do not know which studios will participate in this evening. We will probably see independent games, big budget or even exclusives for a specific machine... There should be something for everyone. Last year, for example, we discovered the next Mass Effect, Perfect Dark or Ark II.
