Besides being excellent in almost every way, Forza Horizon 5 will also become the most welcoming game for people with disabilities. Indeed, Playground Games plans to add many options in this area.

For several years, Xbox has been at the forefront of making video gaming more affordable for gamers and gamers with disabilities. The American manufacturer has particularly distinguished itself in this discipline by releasing its Adaptive Controller in 2018. This initiative continues into the games and it is Forza Horizon 5 which will soon be concerned.

Mexico for all

On the Xbox Wire site, creative director Mike Brown announced the deployment of different accessibility options in the fifth installment of the Forza Horizon saga. The most notable of these features is the ability to have cutscene dialogue voiced by a sign language interpreter (English only for now). This will appear at the bottom of the screen (see below). This is quite simply the first time that a video game will benefit from such an option.

Other accessibility settings will also be included, such as changing the game's speed in offline mode or activating color blind and high contrast modes. The subtitles can also be customized, as can the font size of the menus. In short, Forza Horizon 5 will be open to everyone without distinction.
