Fortnite Imposters: a new mode very inspired by Among Us has arrived

If many games have tried to draw inspiration from Fortnite, Epic Games' Battle Royale has just stolen a (good) idea from another extremely popular title. Indeed, a new mode whose concept is borrowed from Among Us just deployed.

Yet popularized by PUBG, the Battle Royale mode is often credited to Fortnite. It must be said that the game of Epic shows an insolent success and can thus afford to draw ideas from the competition. This time, it's kind of Among Us that invites itself to the party through a new game mode called Fortnite Imposters. And its concept has nothing to envy to that of the software signed InnerSloth.

Blame your friends!

In Imposters, 10 players find themselves aboard a submarine. Eight (the Agents) are responsible for carrying out tasks to ensure the security of the Node and the last two (the Imposters!) must sabotage it while eliminating the other participants. Additionally, group traitors have the ability to temporarily disable Agent tasks and even teleport everyone to another location. Finally, an option allows players to disguise themselves as bananas, allowing imposters to mingle with the crowd.

Of course, eliminations can occur after discussions between players via the quick chat menu after finding the body of an avatar killed by an Impostor. In short, Among Us has arrived in Fortnite!
