Battlefield 2042: the addition of a highly requested feature still postponed

Almost five months after its release, Battlefield 2042 will finally welcome a feature that should have been present from the start… but we will have to wait a little longer.

A scoreboard in good and due form, an element yet inseparable from multiplayer FPS, will indeed not arrive this week as planned by DICE.

Another delay on the board

The beginning of 2022 has been very problematic for Battlefield 2042. After an emergency injection of patches to correct the many problems plaguing the game, DICE's latest title was left battered like a Homeless man asking for help. be resuscitated. Despite the patches, the game is still far from being stable and perfectly playable, to the point that the first season of content had to experience a massive postponement.

The next patch, expected this week and whose most important addition was the much requested scoreboard, is in turn subject to a postponement, fortunately not as long. In a forum post, Community Manager PartWelsh at DICE indicated that the new patch will finally arrive next week.

In addition to a scoreboard that will show kills and kills for various soldiers on the frontline, following community feedback, Update 3.3 will feature "some additional fixes" and an exclusive Legendary Bundle for those who have bought one of the most expensive editions of the game.

This is a small attention from DICE which certainly echoes the petition asking for a refund for a game that is still far from over. The latter had all the same collected in a few days more than 100 signatures! Too little, too late?
