And it's still a postponement for one nintendo switch game which was originally expected next December. In fact, compiling Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp has been delayed and will therefore not arrive until next year.

This was one of the surprises of the Nintendo Direct broadcast during E3 2021. Very popular at their respective launch on Game Boy Advance, the first two opuses of the Advance Wars license will make their big comeback on Switch. Some adjustments will be topical such as reworked graphics. The campaigns, all the characters and the VS mode will also be there. Alas, we will have to take our troubles patiently...

The war will wait

On Twitter, the Japanese manufacturer formalized the news. Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp will not be released on December 3, 2021, but during the spring of 2022. No specific date has been communicated. Nintendo explains that its game needs additional time to polish its copy.

For now, only the video released last June has allowed us to take a look at the improvements made to this remake. Either way, 2022 will be a busy year for the Nintendo Switch with the releases of Bayonetta 3, Kirby and the Forgotten World, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 and now the Advance Wars compilation.
