This side quest only pits you against S in its form God, face him until he decides to flee the combat zone (picture1). Then borrow the Portal to reach the Mountains (night), in order to fight him a second time to scare him away again. Then cross the second Portal to face it in theSpace (Earth), where he awaits you in his form of super saiyan this time. Then if you were fast enough and you're lucky, he'll get back up in his form God which he masters perfectly.
